Baby bags and branding with Alf the Label
Like many expectant mums, Sophie Doyle was struggling to find the perfect nappy bag. Rather than settle, Sophie took the matter into her own hands by sketching her vision of the ultimate nappy bag and having it made in Bali.
It wasn’t long before her friends wanted that same stylish and versatile nappy bag.
And so, in 2016, Alf The Label was born.
What started out as a hobby with an initial run of 50 bags has quickly scaled into a million dollar business with a customer base that stretches across the globe.
Sophie shares with us her start up story, the challenges of running a business from Western Australia, managing a serious health issue as well her advice on the importance of branding.
